I am in love. 

I am in love with all of it

That is the truth

With its ups and downs

With its unexpected changes

With its fears, pains, and joys

Growing pains, ecstasy, a love that has no words to be explained

So many experiences through your senses

And many times I have complained

But the truth is that I am in love with this experience we call life Life on this indescribable planet Earth

Because I cannot imagine a more beautiful place than this planet

Where we have everything… Everything… Everything to be happy and abundant.

Look into the eyes of a newborn child, look at the stars…

when you want or wish to be ready

You can’t be ready 

when it is convenient for you to be

You are ready when you are

Not before nor after

ripe.

Sometimes we choose what is easy instead of what we really want

Sometimes we choose what is easy instead of what we truly want

Because what we truly want will make us do things that we do not want to do

Things that sometimes will push us to our limits

Things that will require us to develop patience and courage

Things that make us uncomfortable

They are out of our ‘knowledge” outside of what we already know and feel very safe and familiar with.

So our mind and protective mechanisms go directly to what is easy or “easier” instead.

That is the irony and the contradiction that we can feel when we are in that situation of choice. 

The choice of moving towards what you really want despite the uncomfortable new things that you have to do, feel, and learn on the way…

Or the easiest way where you just keep doing what you feel comfortable doing, and do not feel challenged or any discomfort, even if it is not really what you want, or maybe it is the 2^nd, 3^rd,, 4th option.  

The beauty and the challenge is that we do have the choice. We always have the choice to take one way or the other.
