I'm sorry I can't be who you want me to be

I can only be me

I'm sorry I can't be how you wished me to be

I can only do my best 

I can only give you what I am 

I am sorry that is not enough for you 

I wish it was 

But I can't give you something that I'm not 

I would be betraying myself 

And I would be unauthentic with you 

I would have to be fake 

And I can't do that either... 

I can only do my best

And every time i know that I haven't 

I feel like I failed 

But I try again 

And next time a bit better 

And that is all I can do 

Then I remember that 

That IS doing my best... 

- self compassion & self acceptance

It is over

It is time for a new story

Where you do not need to carry all the weight

Where you do not need to sacrifice your dreams and wants 

Let others carry what they need to carry 

Let others help you to carry some weight 

Let others support you in building those dreams that are your own 

So many men now are happy to support and help to carry the weight 

So many men now are doing their part 

Let go and trust 

It is time to change the story 

To embody your freedom 

To embody your beauty 

To embody your softness 

To embody your courage and embrace your depth of strength and power with no shame 

No shame at all 

The sacrificing story is over

The feeling ashamed of your deep intuition, sensitivity and your immense power of creation

It's over 

You and only you can choose a different story for your life
